This beautiful floral throw is a welcome addition into the home of any history lover. The original designed was created in 1892 as a wallpaper and was later adapted into textile. William Morris was particularly keen on curved acanthus leaves, willows and honeysuckle, which he used time and time again in his designs. His style formed a bridge between Victorian and modern composition, the emphasis of Morris’ timeless style is based on individuality and handcrafted work. This graceful fringed throw has been woven on a Jacquard loom by master weavers, giving an exceptionally fine detail to the weave.
